Intended purpose: Your order number

In order to assign your payment as quickly as possible and to be able to dispatch the goods of your order as quickly as possible, we ask you to always state the order number with the intended purpose.

As soon as the payment is received on our account, we will send you the goods of your order within 2-3 working days. Depending on the bank, the processing of your transfer may take 2-4 business days. Please pay attention to this.

 

Payment by PayPal

PayPal is a secure, simple and fast payment option. At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you are not yet a PayPal customer, you will need to register as a new customer and create an account. If you already have a PayPal account, you only need your access data (e-mail address and password) and after registration you can process the payment conveniently and quickly by confirming the payment. Your goods will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment. We would like to point out that we have no influence on any processing errors on the part of PayPal.

 

Immediate Payment

If you decide to pay by Immediate Payment you will need your access data for your bank's online banking account. If you are registered for the TAN procedure, you will be asked to enter the transaction number (TAN), which you will usually receive in an SMS from your bank via your smartphone/mobile phone.

 

Payment by credit card

Simple, secure and fast - payment by credit card is always the best choice. We accept VISA and MasterCard and assure you that not only our online payment system is equipped with the highest possible and most up-to-date security mechanisms, but also that the entire payment process is carried out according to the international specifications of the leading credit card providers.

To pay with your credit card, you will need the card number, expiry date, cardholder name, security code on the back of the card (three digits) and, if applicable, your Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure identification. Your credit card account will then be debited with the amount to be paid once the order has been completed.
